Booking terms

Automatic confirmation

When the website issues a booking reference, one vehicle from our three-Alphard fleet is reserved for the date and time supplied. No online payment is taken. The private rate and any special arrangements are confirmed directly by WhatsApp or email.

Changes and delays

Please share changes as early as possible. When a flight number is provided, we monitor reasonable airline schedule changes and adjust the airport meeting time.

Cancellations

Please contact us promptly if plans change. Cancellation conditions are provided with your private quotation because third-party costs may differ by route and date. Any non-refundable cost will be explained before payment.

Passenger information

Guests should provide accurate passenger, luggage, flight and contact details. Please tell us in advance about child seats, oversized luggage or accessibility needs. Each Alphard accepts up to six guests, subject to luggage requirements.

Day trips

Park fees, entrance fees, meals and local guide services are included only when stated in your written quotation.
